Tucker Carlson on Iran:

Last night in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, authorities arrested Mossad agents planning on committing bombings in those countries. Now, that’s weird. It doesn’t make any sense.

Why would the Israelis be committing bombings in two Gulf countries which are also being attacked by Iran? Aren’t they on the same side? No.

Israel wants to hurt Iran and Qatar and UAE and Saudi and Bahrain and Oman and Kuwait. And they’ve succeeded.

Day 3: Iran reduces launches, but shoots down drones and aircraft

US-Israel forced Iran to cut back launches on the third day of the war. Last night, heavy attacks hit Iranian bunkers; several may have lost launchers, had exits blocked, or suffered silo damage.

This is expected: Israeli and American drones with SAR sensors and MX pods detect thermal signatures and smoke patterns over vast areas, map them, and then bomb likely hideouts.

Over time, this damages entrances, buries silos, and reduces launch capacity until sites are cleared and air patrols prevent drone activity, if Iran retains that capability.

On day three, missiles fell on Israel during the day and some at night, but in noticeably fewer numbers than before. It seems Iran chose to concentrate more force on attacks against US bases, which were bombed for three days, totaling 6 American military deaths.

Iran also shot down 3 drones with video confirmation and 3 F-15Es, which CENTCOM denied. However, the rear hit evidence, all pilots surviving, and ongoing combat in the area make me believe these were shootdowns. I have no concern for official versions in any war; I ignore them and raise evidence when available. When none exists, I stick to doubt.

Iran lost two more ships today, unarmed ones, bringing verified losses to 8. However, only 2 were modern; some may have been left in port. After all, who leaves useful ships in port during war?

The United States is also sending 14 more tanker aircraft to support attacks. I suspect these are naval aviation assets, as the carrier is approaching the coast.

On day three, Iran continued bombing not just bases but also hotels where American military personnel have been sheltered.

A drone strike on a hotel in Bahrain injured two U.S. Defense Department employees, according to a State Department cable reviewed by The Washington Post.

Iranian media also accused US-Israel of striking more than 100 civilian barges at the port of Jask in Hormozgan province with incendiary munitions, causing significant damage.

Beyond soaring oil and gas prices due to the war, airlines and insurers now face the first major strategic capitalist sector with billion-dollar losses and cascading contagion, at risk of collapse before major shipping and oil companies.

If US-Israel can sustain the reduction in Iranian missile launches, it will be easier to handle drones, which, due to simpler logistics, should be launched in greater numbers.

The war is intensifying and risks spiraling out of control, which isn't bad for everyone.

According to journalist Tucker Carlson, Qatar and Saudi Arabia arrested Mossad agents planning to plant bombs in those countries to drag them into war with Iran. This ties to Iran's denial of responsibility for attacks on Gulf oil and gas sectors.

As I reported days ago, the situation will grow increasingly alarming until US-Israel do everything to pull Gulf countries in, and ultimately bring Europeans into the conflict. https://x.com/pati_marins64/status/2028640013626286445?s=20

MTG just went absolutely nuclear on Trump’s war in Iran.

“We’re in another fucking war, and American troops are being killed.”

“We need to have a serious conversation about what the fuck is happening to this country.”

“72% of Americans can’t afford health insurance.”

“58% of Americans can’t afford car insurance.”

“67% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck.”

“31% of Americans can’t afford their back taxes.”

“50% of Americans are in credit card debt.”

“We are nearly $40 trillion in debt.”

“Most Americans are completely against this war.”

“Make America Great Again was supposed to be America first, not Israel first.”

“And our President is saying that the Iranian people are all of a sudden going to topple their regime.”

“Well, I don’t think the Iranian people are going to be toppling their regime when they’re getting blown apart by the US and Israel in an unprovoked attack.”

“I am furious.”

“We have seen enough of our American troops dead and murdered for foreign countries.”

“Now, we have four more dead … for Israel.”

“Trump already said … today that he doesn’t care about the polling.”

“He doesn’t care about what the American people think.”

“And he may put troops on the ground.”

“The man that I supported … denounced what happened in Iraq, said no more foreign wars, no more regime change.”

“JD Vance promised it.”

“Tulsi Gabbard promised it.”

"Now go and smite Amalek, and destroy utterly all that they have, and spare them not, but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass."

Posted yesterday on the Hilltop Youth news channel, along with the caption: "Blot out the memory of Amalek! Share on your status"

The West Bank terrorist settlers are in a full-blown Armageddon mode. The rest of Israelis are not far behind. I'm frankly terrified of what's to come.

More Leftie Than Thou
"Jacobin" Magazine Celebrates A Strike Against Ol' Blue Eyes

Here at "The Gaggle" we have very little time for the "more Leftie than thou" school of thought--that's the approach to life according to which the only thing that matters is whether you take the right position on every issue under the sun from Abortion to Zelensky. No one in the world meets the exacting standards of this school of thought; any Leftie leader anywhere is always selling out to the bankers and the capitalists. The perfect exemplar of this is the unreadable Jacobin magazine.

The other day I came across this article from 2021. It's a celebration of trade union power. And not simply trade union power, but the use of trade union power to secure political goals. Of course (and this is always the case with the "more Leftie than thou" crowd), this glorious, never-to-be-forgotten moment on the history of organized labor took place many years ago--in the summer of 1974 to be exact. Yes, almost half a century has gone by since that thrilling moment when the working-class movement of Australia mobilized and prepared to seize the means of production, distribution and exchange.

Well, not quite. Organized labor went into action against...Ol' Blue Eyes, the Chairman of the Board, the Voice; yes, Frank Sinatra. Why? What had Sinatra done? Sinatra was certainly very rich, and he owned a variety of properties and businesses. But if the Australian trade union movement were, understandably, searching for the bright, incandescent spark that would finally awaken the working class from its slumber there were surely richer, greedier, more dishonest, more decadent, above all more Australian individuals it could have discovered. Australia was never short of them. Rupert Murdoch immediately springs to mind. Why Sinatra?
